Banana and white chocolate wholemeal cakes
Preheat the oven to 190C and line a baking tray with eight cases. Mix 140g wholemeal flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 50g golden caster sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
In another bowl mix one egg, 50g melted butter and 125ml semi skimmed milk. Then mix in one mashed banana and add to the flour mixture. Drop in two-thirds of a 150g bar of white chocolate (broken into pieces) and stir. Spoon the mixture into the cases and bake for 20 minutes. Remove and leave to cool completely.
Melt the rest of the chocolate and spread over the tops of the cakes. Slice up another banana and place the pieces on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
