Easy Indian Prawn Curry
Mix 1tbsp medium curry powder, 2tsp garlic paste, pinch of turmeric, 2cm grated fresh ginger, 1tbsp ground cumin, 3tbsp tomato puree and a pinch of sugar in a pan. Add 150ml of water and bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 8 minutes. Add 1tsp tamarind paste and 100ml coconut milk and bring back to boil. Add 400g raw peeled king prawns and 200g cherry tomatoes. Cook for 7 minutes and serve with lime wedges, rice and naan.
