I’m not a hundred percent certain on the recipe because my boyfriend made it but it’s a combination of three things. Salad leaves. Thin ramen noodles cooked to packet instructions and then rinsed under cold water so they are are served cold with the salad (we added two or three drops of soy to them as well and tossed them in it so they were a light brown colour). The last bit is the pork. Cut a pork chop into strips and leave in a red pork seasoning mix marinade (which can be found in world food sections of major supermarkets) for three hours. Then oven cook for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
Hope this helps 🙂

I know. I try so hard to be a good cook and he decides to cook one night and it’s fantastic!
