Homemade burgers are the best kind of burgers. Here’s some burgers I made earlie, with a Spanish twist.
Mix half a grated small onion with 400g steak mince. Add half an egg and mix well. Make into three burgers.
Grill on a medium heat until browned both sides. Add 6 slices of chorizo to the grill for the rest of the cooking time.
Place on buns with chorizo, thickly sliced roasted red pepper and salad leaves of your choice.
Mix 6 tbsp mayo with 2 tsp paprika. Serve this on the side or spread on the bun. Serve with chips.
