I cooked again…well, baked.
This time is was mini orange cakes. Like regular cakes but with orange.
Beat together 120g butter, 140g self-raising flour, 120g caster sugar, 1/2 tap baking powder, 2 eggs, 75ml natural yogurt and the juice and zest of one satsuma. Then spoon into cases and bake in a preheated oven (180C) for 22 minutes. Dust with icing sugar. Makes 10.
